We were on a road trip from WA to CA too. (see Tim 2021). We came with an urgent problem around noon on Friday afternoon. We were pretty sure what was wrong thanks to the amazing people at Jiffy Lube, same town. They simply weren't able to do that work. Several people had turned us away away and we had visions changing our agenda from reunion with family at Crater Lake to days or weeks trying to fix the problem. Stacy Pulled, service advisor and her team took us in, confirmed the problem, located the part and fixed our van for under 200.00. They saved our van and our vacation. Excellent team, excellent work for a very fair price. We are grateful.
