These guys made us feel confident driving off the lot. They manage to create a fun and comfortable environment whilst waiting for our very reasonably priced tune up! Dale the owner came out and talked with us, sharing our stories and adventures with each other - it made us feel that they definitely have the customers experience at the top of their priority list. My Mechanic has always been courteous and professional when we have needed to have our vans serviced. We know we are getting quality care and not being over priced. When someone needs a mechanic we always refer them to My Mechanic.

First time I've had to have someone work on my car, so anxious to say the least. My fears were laid to rest quickly though, complete pros. Diagnosed and parts ordered in one day, vehicle ready for pickup the following morning. Stacey kept me updated from vehicles arrival with cost assessment, diagnosis progress, and needed repair. Good, fair prices, explains things so you can understand the process, and very thorough in their work. They did my timing belt for a 2006 Honda Ridgeline for 500 less than quoted at the Dealership. And the mechanic took his time, and ensured everything was put together the right way. Everyone was very friendly and patient (It was a long job, and I hung out most of the day LOL) and plenty of places to go chill around them while I wait. In a nutshell, I do a lot of my own work on my truck. With that being said, I am very careful who I pick to touch my truck. I am very glad I chose My Mechanic to do the work.
