Good, fair prices, explains things so you can understand the process, and very thorough in their work. They did my timing belt for a 2006 Honda Ridgeline for 500 less than quoted at the Dealership. And the mechanic took his time, and ensured everything was put together the right way. Everyone was very friendly and patient (It was a long job, and I hung out most of the day LOL) and plenty of places to go chill around them while I wait. In a nutshell, I do a lot of my own work on my truck. With that being said, I am very careful who I pick to touch my truck. I am very glad I chose My Mechanic to do the work.

We have been using My Mechanic since Day one. They are honest, upfront and will make sure the job has been done right. We've thrown a lot at them over the years. We have several cars, different makes, different ages, different issues and they are able to handle them all. Courteous service, always offer us rides, and they really listen to you! I highly recommend them. My Mechanic easily takes a very stressful situation (ie: breaking down in God knows where) into a pleasant experience. Dale and Eric are caring, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend My mechanic to anyone.

500.00 dollars later and still not fixed. Seems like they should be called My Theory....because mechanically they didn't solve anything.

Competely dissapointed. I spent over $1900 here on a new transmission and it immediately started leaking when I got my car back. I took it back in and they said it was a bad seal, they replaced the seal freebie charge and a couple miles later it was leaking again. They said that it had nothing to do with their work. This is not an honest shop and they definitely don't stand behind their work. I would highly recommend you save your money and don't waste your time here. They don't care about their customers, even when you're spending thousands.

My Mechanic is a fantastic shop, they're very knowledgeable in automotive. Very friendly and helpful. The owner Dale, cares very much about his business as well as the customers. I'm a very satisfied customer and friend. I hope my car stays on the road, but if I do have a problem I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to My Mechanic.

I had car troubles in the middle of a road trip. I stopped at My Mechanic, desperate for some help. Dale was kind and helpful and got me back on the road quickly and gave me some helpful tips. I would hands down recommend this mechanic.
